Buddha's roof and schools in Kashmir

Buddha at the Jamyang Buddhist Centre in Kennington (43 Renfrew Road, London, SE11 4NA) needs a new roof, and personally asked us if we would play our music to raise money for it!

Le Gazhikane Muzikante will play a mix of beautiful and vivacious songs from South Eastern Europe, and will alternate on stage with a bit of Baroque music, a bit of choral music, a cappella singing by JAMsharp#, and a bit of Indian classical music for an unforgettable evening of intercultural dialogue.

The concert will be held in the atmospheric main hall of the Buddhist temple, and all proceeds will go towards building the roof of the Buddha and towards educational programs for street children in Kashmir.

With Le Gazhikane Muzikante, Aloyse Raptopoullous, Guru Sayed Ahma, RTK Choir, JAMsharp#, Lily Schlaen.

More information available on the night from the organisers of the event.

Tickets £10, inclusive of drinks and snacks.
